Biography

Mr. Savovic has over 29 years of national and international experience in consulting engineering with experience including teaching at universities, academia, professional associations, project management; organizational assessments/facilitation services; infrastructure design; and planning, design, and construction management.

  • Mr.Savovic is currently Faculty at NSAD San Diego CA. Over the course of the past decade Mr.Savovic developed a teaching portfolio that includes the following classes: CM 202 Estimating CM 401 Project delivery CM 451 Construction Project Management CM 452 BIM CM 452 Heavy Civil
  • Mr Savovic worked on two graduate programs, one in Mechanical engineering and the other in Civil/environmental engineering. During the twelve years tenure at graduate schools ( ten in Mechanical-part time and two in civil engineering school-full time) he served as a graduate researcher (RA) and helped to deliver some classes. His first graduate school tenure was part-time and it spread over 10 years. During that time Mr.Savovic worked closely with the faculty and helped with various assignments, including direct involvement with student training and demonstration lab work.
  • Mr. Savovic is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of California and Washington, as well as Alberta, Canada. He is also a BCEE (American Academy of Environmental Engineers’ Board Certified Environmental Engineer) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) . Mr.Savovic is 2016 Director and Chair of San Diego chapter of CMAA, nominated for Executive Director’s board for 2014.
